Cutting Edge Signs, Quality at it's best

Winter Training Schedule 2010 - 2011

The club will provide the opportunity for all club members who could race in a class aged 8 or above in 2010 to take part in a structured training programme delivered by experienced riders.

If you or your child wish to take part in this training programme there will be a sign up sheet posted in the club house for you to express your interest.

If your child is under 16 and wishes to participate in the training programme then please be aware that you will be required to supervise your child at all training sessions. We also ask that you are willing to help during the sessions. E.g. sweeping the track, manning the start gate etc.

We plan to have a structured training plan in place for every participating rider that will focus on fitness, bike skill and track craft. We will aim to work with the riders to achieve goals agreed at the beginning of the training programme. The training programme is due to start in late November 2009 and run until the beginning of the 2010 BMX racing season.

We would like you to arrive on time for the training sessions.

The club has a small membership fee of £1.50 per session and this is included in the cost of the training, £30 every 4 weeks.

If you would like to talk to someone at the club about this information please speak to Steve or Curtis Manaton, Tom Palmer or Adam Brazil

We thank you for your co-operation and look forward to meeting you soon.
